Snake Bedding is an extremely soft and dust-free substrate , making it ideal for even the most sensitive species and their young.
This substrate has been heat treated to reduce bacterial contamination and to increase absorption. The unique texture of the wood fiber allows reptiles to firmly shape their nesting burrows similar to their shelters in the wild.
It has a high absorption rate (3:1) which, combined with its fast-drying properties, means that this 100% natural substrate requires very little maintenance.

How to use Snake Bedding substrate
Make sure that the terrarium and breeding container are disinfected and dry. Spread an even layer of at least 2.5 cm in the bottom of the terrarium or container. Clean the substrate daily and replace it completely after 8 weeks or when necessary. It is preferable to remove the animals from the breeding substrate during feeding hours.- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
