This compact brick of dry coconut fiber, after adequate hydration, becomes a perfect bed for humid terrariums, tropical forests or as a nutritious substrate for plants. It is a product with great performance and excellent properties, helping to maintain humidity inside the terrarium , thanks to its water retention capacity.

It can be used as a substrate for various species of amphibians and reptiles from tropical environments, ideal for animals that bury themselves or build tunnels and/or burrows such as box turtles, land turtles from tropical environments, hermit crabs, salamanders, frogs, toads, tarantulas and invertebrates.

It is 100% natural composed of coconut fibers . It has a large water storage capacity, which doubles its volume, making it very economical and with high performance. Absorbs bad odors from excrement and helps waste degradation . The fiber framework allows air circulation, guaranteeing optimal plant growth.

How to use: Place the brick in a bucket and add between 3-4 liters of warm water. Let stand for 20-30 minutes to rehydrate, stirring the mixture occasionally. After 30 minutes you will get a substrate ready to use in the terrarium. Before use, squeeze out excess moisture.

Available in blocks of 650 grams , yields about 9 liters of substrate.
